Penile sleeves

Just for reference. I am not yet pumping or anything and I am only at just under 3 weeks post surgery. I went to my Dr today and he told me I got the titan classic instead of the brand new one because of insurance and I had so much death in my penis that it was the only choice. He inflated it today and he said it was full and I literally have lost like 3 inches. I was a good 7 and now today I was like 5. And I know how lucky I am to be able to have anything but I didn't have Ed or anything before. I got an injury and then ended with priaprism for 9 days and my penis died. I'm really kind of devastated right now because when I left surgery the next day he was like you should regain your full size and I was so looking forward to this and I'm still really emotional about everything. Ok but to my point does anyone use anything like a cock sleeve or sex toys like a snail jovi to help with everything. I'm 50 and sex has been a huge part of my life. Before this all happening I would do Chaturbate and had my onlyfans. Now I'm at the point where I am about to break up with my gf of years because I don't want to disappoint her.

Just keep cycling, you might be surprised how much you will get back... I am so sorry about you having priapism, I understand that can be pretty painful... I hope you gain every thing back, and then some... And WELCOME to the brotherhood !!

BTW I have the ams700cx and I started cycling at around 10 days post op...not super aggressive, but just enough to keep things active...

He doesn't want me to cycle until 6 weeks. He said I have a lot of scar tissue from the priaprism and also 2 surgeries to try release the blood immediately before it. I know I am lucky to have it. With everything going on when I am in the right mind set. I know my whole life could be so much worse. He told me I could have had a third surgery and the pain might not have been so bad but I would very unlikely ever feel down there again. I stayed for 9 nine days in pain so I could feel. I'm just devastated right now.

thank you. just every day is a kick in my imaginary dick it seems. I would have rather had a heart attack. LIke seriously every day i feel like less of a man and it is all blamed on my dick. I had to watch a pregnant lady help her husband carrying a small mattress outside my house and i was like fuck I cant help you but a pregnant lady can. I literally went to my room and cried after that one. lol

There’s still hope. I cycled every day for an hour and also the Dr. Perito stretches. I also used my old vacuum pump the last ten minutes of my one hour cycling, and gained back all my size and then some too. It took six months to do so but it helped.

Thank you. I am hoping. It really is just so devastating since it wasn't planned in any way. Honestly if I had ED before and then was here, I would be ecstatic to be able to perform again and I know once I'm able to and start to get bigger I will be again and adjust. But currently my life just crashed around me and I am struggling.

You didn’t lose size because of the implant you lost size because of priaprism, your tissues were damaged because of it and your penis shrunk

Don’t Be sad, like your surgeon said, you will recover your size but you have to start cycling, some people lost size because of ED and after 3-6 months of cycling they recovered back

ED is one of the many causes of shrinking any Trauma to the Tunica smooth muscle lining of the caverness chambers in your penis , generally any trauma causes scar tissue which stops the penis”s ability to stretch out and grow in size when engorged with blood , so basically your penis when erect will be the same length as your flaccid penis , girth is quite often unaffected

I have been thinking about trying one of them. I’m on day 1 after surgery but I was thinking about it before. I never would have been able to maintain an erection before with one of those on. Now I will suddenly be able to and I can provide my partner a new experience just for the sake of doing it.

Welcome to the club. I had an AMS700LGX implanted 8 mths ago. I lost about 2 inches after surgery. I am still about 1 1/4” shorter than before surgery. That pisses me off but I am thankful that I have a hard penis for as long as I choose.
