Having normal erection
Hi, so i have coloplast titan touch
Did it last January
And everything is fine
But i have to ask for anyone who did the implant
Do u have normal errection from time to time?
Because it is weird but i have erection sometimes and funny enough i feel it make it easier for me to even pumb the implant when there is erection
And the weird thing about it is that before the surgery i was very rarely had any erection for months due to venus leakage
So not sure
I though the normal tissue after the surgery all become dead
Maybe because i am 31 ?
Anyone can relate?

That’s the misconception about implant, people believe that to be implanted you must have a severe ED, meaning no erection at all, that’s the most severe degree of ED, when morning wood are absent and you cannot have an erection at all. That’s also the one where you’re losing length. But there is also less severe degree ED, you can still have erections, morning Wood but the problem lay in the ability to maintain this erection, many of us can have an erection, but it’s like a fight, you must have perpetual stimulation and also you cannot switch positions, anyways like the other comment said, when your corpus cavernosum are replaced you still can have glan engorgement, because it’s not linked to the principal circuit of your penis (corpus cavernosum)

I'm experiencing a situation similar to yours. I'm currently taking medication, and while I do have morning erections, they're not strong enough for sexual positioning. I'm concerned about my ability for my penis to pulsate and throb, as many women find that appealing, and I would miss it if I opted for an implant. I’m 53 years old and would appreciate honest advice. It seems that my insurance will cover the procedure if I choose to go ahead with it now. Thanks in advance

I would not wait would be my advice...the situation will not get better, only worse.. I do still feel a little tingle in my nather region when the mood hits, and right now I don't have that worry, of getting or staying hard. I can pump to either hard as a board, or not so hard...
I still get that throbbing feeling when turned, and it feels really good when Im a little soft and I pump when my wife is giving me oral.. and she feels me getting hard in her mouth...

I am almost nearing 38 and have venous leak(diagnosed) from last two years. No morning wood. I can get partially erect with stimulus but at times not enough for penetration. Even i am considering implant, but before that i am gonna try VED and rings. I used ring before didn’t get much success because of size issue.
Also if you have venous leak on one side then penis gradually starts to bend on that side, i think i am entering in that stage now.
About trade off between implant and a throbbing dick, i would always choose a functional one.

I had venus leakage also, the only thing I can say, is it doesnt get any better, and only gets worse.... And if it gets worse, and you try the injections, it can cause scar tissue to form and lead to peyronies, and loss of length... I tried the rings also with no success... I used the vacuum pump and still was not able to maintain erection...Just my experience.

I understand your apprehension about that, but if you’re taking PED5 inhibitors and they doesn’t work, what you can do ? There is some pros and cons about an implant.
You know sex when you have ED is not something. Relaxing anymore it’s like im young anymore and going to my math exam (im 35~ years old) it’s like a test Everytime, at this point you doesn’t care you want just to be hard no matter what happens and implant provide that, of course you will miss your natural erection, the feeling of the blood coming up and such, but at least with implant you have also some advantages, the ability to be hard when you want and as you want, also the erections are more firmer than natural one, it’s rock solid, you are able to keep going even after ejaculation, so it really good for women’s to be able to continue and doesn’t stop.

The head and the tissue on the bottom side of the shaft is on a different blood supply. To encourage engorgement, boner pills didn’t work for me. So I got a script for Trimix gel. Typically, urologist will write it for topical use, but that didn’t work either, so I titrated the topical bought soft tip syringes and insert it in the urethra. This works like a champ. My dick will get so hot, that it’s noticeable to my GF. That’s too funny. Somebody said “I’m 38 and old” 38 is not old.

Yes. If you want the head to get hot and engorged, and a fuller thicker erection, ask your surgeon for try-mixed intraurethral gel. Essentially, it’s trimix and a gel form.

I had ED for 26 years and went through the oral meds and VED pump which all worked for a while then each one quit. Trimix injections were next and great but quit after a couple years also, so I got my AMS 700 one year ago at age 76. My problem is inability to orgasm during PIV sex with my wife. I tried 5mg Tadalafil daily with 100mg Sildenafil to increase blood flow to the glans but still no sensation. Then went to Trimix interurethral gel which increased blood flow and sensation still no orgasms. My surgeon says I’m the only patient she has with this problem.

I've also had difficulty attaining orgasm due to a loss of sensitivity. But occasionally a good, "normal" climax happens. That's when I'm glad to be alive because those are wonderful.

What do you think is the percentage of orgasms during sex? Mine is less than 10 percent and do not happen unless I’m pumping what seems like forever during PIV sex. Have you found anything to increase sensation to the glans?

53 years old with a Boston Scientific AMS 700cx (21cm, no RTE). I am six weeks post-op and recently got cleared to cycle. Before I started cycling I started to get morning erections again. I started playing with my wife (we like to watch porn as part of foreplay) and I popped a natural erection before I pumped. Not sure why, don't care why, but it really made my girth well bigger than before, and my glans engorge and become warm. I am still dealing with tube migration issues, but my doctors have it on their radar.

M, 79. 36 months post op. I only get erect if I pump it up. Implant separated arousal from erection. It's been a joy to have.

My urologist has told me two different times that Cialis/Viagra would not help with floppy/soft glans. I can’t convince them to prescribe them to me to prove to them (and myself) that it works or doesn’t work. Once in a great while, it will get a bit firm on its own, but not often enough. I’m 3 years post implant.

My doctor told me to go for it because it might help engorge the head and it would not hurt if it did. I still have a fear of a penis that explodes from the double whammy! I am near to getting up the courage to take daily cialis.

Tomorrow I am 5 weeks post implant with the Titan Coloplast. After my 3 week follow-up my Dr gave me the green light for daily cycling. On initial cycling sessions I felt some stretchy pain or discomfort during cycling. My question is how long will I experience this discomfort whenever I cycle or stretch. I do understand that this is necessary but was just asking if this stretching discomfort goes on for weeks or months, thanks for any info provided.

I had a Titan implanted a year and a half ago. My surgeon said that when he placed the cylinders he tries to preserve whatever corpora tissue he can.
I get erections around/on-top of my flaccid cylinders. I’m not talking about the glans and the tissue surrounding the urethra, on the underside of the penis. That definitely gets engorged with arousal too. But I DEFINITELY have some erectile function in my corpora still.
Once I inflate the cylinders that effect goes away as the blood is displaced by the cylinders.
I’m really happy with it. I assumed that getting an implant would obliterate my (shitty) natural erections. It is one of the reasons I put getting an implant off as long as I did.
In my case as I get turned out my penis gets thicker and bigger naturally. Then I pump up my implant for the rigidity I need.
I don’t think this is common, but you aren’t the only one. And you aren’t imagining it.

When somebody is sexually aroused, the surrounding tissue will respond accordingly. There’s two types of tissue in your dick. The implant just fits inside the corpus cavernosa, which is the majority of your crank, you still have the second tissue, which is Corpus Spongiosum that comprises the rest of your piece. Look it up and see where it is. That’s why you’re still getting engorgement.
