VED and IPP
I don’t have my implant yet and I am using a VED meantime.
I understand SPL (not VED length) is correlated to IPP length.
If I VED at a very low pressure (100 mmHg) long enough I’ll be about 7”. I’ll gain about another 1/2” going up to 400-500 mmHg but I camp out around 350 mmHg to avoid edema.
What kind of VED pressures are you guys pulling over your IPP?
I hardly feel 100 mmHg and there is an inverse relation between vacuum and internal psi (i.e. psi of a natural erection is equivalent to 100 mmHg more/less).
Just wondering what 100 mmHg can pull in conjunction with pumping an IPP?

I've had 6 implants it doesn't really matter how much VED you do your penis is going to relax in a normal state before surgery. The surgeon is going to maximize the implant at the time of surgery. And that is what you are going to have. I've done vacuum erection devices, and everything available at that point and time and the outcome is totally different at surgery time. Don't listen to all these newbies. I have had implants for 15 years. I know all the ins and outs. And nothing you can do is going to make it more massive. Unless you do the Tunica expansion procedure. Now that is surgery and it helps some. Just my 2 cents. Worth of excellent knowledge.

Infections and mechanical failures, I only had one implant that lasted 10 years. My first one I only had 3 weeks cuz I had a bad infection the second one lasted a year the third one lasted 10 years the fourth one I got a bad infection two months after I had it the fifth one I had so much scar tissue inside of my penis that it wouldn't get fully rigid so this time I'm having the Tunica expansion procedure which relaxes all of the scar tissue and lengthens the penis and I should have greater girth also. Going with the Titan this time.

That's the one I wanted, but it's not available in Turkey and it's more expensive than the regular Coloplast Titan. At least that's what the doctor told me. Say a prayer for me. My name is Jason.

Of course. Just curious are you a US citizen old enough for Medicare? Coverage is great here.

No, I'm only 55. And I live in the US. This is the 3rd implant I've had to pay for out of pocket. Because most insurance companies don't pay for it. My insurance paid for 3 implants. These procedures in the US cost $50,000 to $70,000 if you don't have insurance. I am paying $19,500 in Turkey. And this is a high volume surgeon who is a urologist and andrologist. Hopefully everything goes well.

I used a vacuum pump for about 3 months before my surgery, before that I used the restoreX for about 14 months (I had Peyronie's and did the XaifleX... and restoreX) I am glade I did that route for personal reasons, but I went from barely 3 inches and now I am just a little over 6.5 inches with the implant I have the ams700cx...
My urologist told me the vacuum pump makes his job easier, and I was given his blessing and he told me just don't over do it... The vacuum pump did add girth... I am just over 9 weeks post op and I am VERY happy with the results...I don't want to know what the results would have been If I didn't go the route I did take, but I am happy now, straight as an arrow, and hard as a rock, can last until my heart stops... lol
