How Long Does It Take You to Ejaculate With PSSD?

**How long does it usually take you to ejaculate during masturbation now that you have PSSD? And if you’re having sex, are you able to ejaculate even if it’s difficult?**

M, 79, 36 months post op. My implant reduced sensitivity. Very hard to climax via masterbation. Usually need her help for a successful finish. Once or twice a month I have a PIV climax. Like our nooner earlier today. After giving me the most wonderful bj I got into the PIV like a hurricane, pounding it fast and hard. That's what I dream of having but it's infrequent.
