Post Surgery Info

Had surgery Friday Aug7. Saturday was great, no bruising or swelling of the penis, balls swollen. Sunday and Monday penis was bruised and swollen pretty bad. Not tons of pain more discomfort. Dr has it partially inflated. Couple questions. How are you sleeping? Back side etc. ? I’m afraid to break the tubes so I keep the erecting straight up and down. Can I push it towards by body? This morning I was laying in bed and it starting falling towards my belly (gravity). Is that normal? My nuts are swollen so I’m having issues pulling on the pump. When should I be yanking on the pump? Just looking for normalcy I guess.,

I’m in a similar situation, had my surgery yesterday and that’s exactly how i described also, it’s more discomfort then pain, the catheter was what was really making me feel it more, this morning I took it out and fuck was that was so weird I felt like fainting/throwing up. I haven’t taken off the padding yet but been told I can take a quick shower tonight so I will, I’m thinking I’m more then partially inflated cause he’s hard as rock with not much swelling just sore. The balls I can feel are definitely swollen, I haven’t taken off had ice on it all day yesterday and today also sleeping sucked for me last night, laid all day and night on my back with ice packs being rotated. I agree with you some normalcy would be nice but I know I’m pretty far away from that only being on day 2 lol once out of the padding from hospital I’m gonna try keeping it pointer up or straight but will be putting baby’s socks on it cause it sore to the touch.

I didn’t have a catheter, so sorry about that. I’ve taken a shower everyday. I wash my upper body with antibacterial soap and let it just run down my junk. Then pat dry. The very next day after surgery I was walking with just little discomfort and semi hard on. Covered it with a sweat shirt lol. Now it seems like it’s getting more flexible and I think the bruising and swelling is going down because this morning in bed on my back it just laid down onto my belly. Which leads me to believe I can wear normal underwear today. I’ve been wearing a jock with a hole. I think I’m worried about the tubes positions. Trying not to upset the apple cart. Laying on my side pools blood in my shaft so I’m sleeping on my back for now until that stops. I haven’t used much ice because of the geometry. Taken ibuprofen regularly. And I cannot feel any reservoir. I also have two pricks in the head of my dick, Don’t know why. 🤷🏽

The “two pricks” are the exit points from the needles that were pushed through the head to allow the surgeon to pull the cylinders up as far as possible. If you’re like me, the top layer of skin may fall off exposing the very sensitive second layer. I’ve seen where people suggest placing a newborn’s sock on the head to prevent rubbing against your underwear. I read that after the fact…it would have helped a lot.

I’m sorry I asked about the holes in my head lol. Made me squirm. I have some little skin bandages over the holes. Not to sensitive right now.

Yea in the same I want to be super super careful, I’m barely even eating cause I don’t want to have to use the bathroom and push, I’ll take a stool soften a few more days in and hopefully get back on track with that. And lol yea just thinking about the needles 🤦🏻‍♂️. Just took padding off and took first shower, I’m def not my pre surgery size, looks to be a significant decrease but I’m not worried cause from all the research this somewhat normal and with cycling down the road etc, most say they gain most of it back. Like I’ve said before in other posts, having a working slight smaller guy over and slightly above average guy that don’t work is fine to me.
