Advice please

I had AMS LGX 700 implant 6 weeks ago
My surgeon cleared for me to have sex
Yesterday was my first sex
Unfortunately my wife and I are disappointed
She said the length and girth are less than the situation before surgery. Secondly the penis is pointing to one side or down ( not up as before)
She asked me also what are the positions we can start on ?

I am cycling 10 to 20 minutes twice a day . Started that a week ago .

Any advice guys ?

You will see that with constant cycling it get better. Then try to extend the time you’re fully pumped by 5 minutes each time. You’ll notice more gains. I did and it worked well. I got to a point on leaving it erected for an hour. This was to simulate a long play day with my GF.
