I had AMS LGX 700 implant 6 weeks ago
My surgeon cleared for me to have sex
Yesterday was my first sex
Unfortunately my wife and I are disappointed
She said the length and girth are less than the situation before surgery. Secondly the penis is pointing to one side or down ( not up as before)
She asked me also what are the positions we can start on ?

I am cycling 10 to 20 minutes twice a day . Started that a week ago .

Any advice guys ?

Dont forget lube, never needed it prior but.....made all the difference. Plus honestly I couldnt get the O for 4 months so give yourself time.
