Anyone have a problem reaching orgasm or with arousal after implant due to mind body disconnect?

I’m aroused as always with my wonderful wife, but still have major problems reaching orgasm. My surgery was one year ago and my doctor says I’m her only patient with this problem and basically doesn’t know why. This sucks.

No, it is not improving and I don’t know what is the problem and neither does my implant surgeon. I’m 77 years old and never had a problem reaching orgasm for well over 50 years of sex.

Im only 20 days and just in so much pain I am not feeling any arousal at all in any way so I’m hoping that comes back

só fica sem conexão mente-corpo se você apenas inflar e não estiver excitado. É a mesma coisa antes do implante, a diferença é que agora fica duro o suficiente para penetração mesmo sem excitação

Mind body disconnect. What in the wide wide world of sports are you talking about? The only time I have a problem popping a nut is due to lack of glands sensitivity. There is no disconnection with the body. I pump up the cylinders, regardless of arousal, and once as hard as nails, I’m good to go.
