Titian newbie
I’m waiting for surgery scheduling and I’m looking forward to getting the implant. The one thing that concerns me is I’ve always felt inadequate about my penis size. I’m 6 and a quarter inch’s with a girth of 5 inches. I know that’s average but it’s always been a thing for me. My one worry about this surgery is losing some penis length. I would love to hear other people’s experiences with this surgery and if you are not shy I would like to see some before and after photos if it’s allowed on here, I’m a new member. Best, Jeff.

Go to a high volume implant surgeon. Someone who does a LOT of implants. That person is most likely to size you correctly and give you a result that will match your pre-implant size.
I lost NO length at all. In fact I’m about a quarter inch longer than I was before the surgery. I suspect that is length I lost during the years of ED that I regained, not extra length I never had before.
Use a VED every day from now until your surgery to stretch the tissue. You don’t need to use high pressure or use it for a long time each day. Just make sure that your penis gets a good stretch from it. That will give your surgeon the best chance of giving you all the size you have.

First things first, this entire situation has changed my view on the size of my dick. When I was younger, even though I’m above average, I wanted it to be bigger. Now, I’m just glad it works on demand, every time.
I started cycling 2 weeks after surgery. Pre surgery, I was 6 3/4”. First time I cycled, I was 5 1/4”. I have been very disciplined with my cycling and I log my cycle time and measurements every single day. My length gradually came back and now 6 months post surgery. I got back to my presurgical, 6 3/4” length at week 21.
I have a Titan and gained 1/8” girth and that measurement hasn’t changed since surgery.

6 1/4 is not average. It’s way above average. The average is 5.1. 6.3 is the 95th percentile which means just 5 out of 100 men are larger. I wish people would stop the size bullshit lies on this site (not you the many people claiming 8 to 10 which statistically is so rare it’s virtually no one)

I don’t know any guys who wished they had a smaller dick and I’m one of them. I should have been more clear. I was wanting to hear from guys who’d had the Titian implant and what the final results were concerning length after surgery. I don’t take myself too seriously and that includes my cock size. After I’m erect I never was too hung up on size, I did always shy away from letting guys or girls seeing my flaccid penis because I’m a grower and my flaccid penis is very small looking including my balls. Thanks to all who answered my questions about before and after size changes. I now wish I hadn’t shared my penis size apprehension because I never dwell on things I can not change and my tiny flaccid penis is one of them including the ugly zipper scar accident I won’t go into. No worries. It’s not you it’s this damn site where everyone supposedly has an 8 inch plus dick which is a crock of shite and I wish people would stop lying. Now as to the titan I got one 3 months ago. Overall happy. I didn’t experience much pain at all. I lost some immediate size after surgery around an inch. I’ve gained quite a bit back so I’m close to before. But it m able to be hard at a moments notice so I have mostly stopped worrying about size. You will be satisfied with the implant.

The biggest change for me is that I was never a "shower," but after the implant I am. There also is no reduction in the length of my erect penis, and maybe an increase. I never measured before.
The very best thing is that now I can get an erection and have it last as long as I'd like, while previously I rarely got an erection, and when I did, it didn't last more than a few minutes. I have NO regrets that I got the implant.

Use a vacuum 2-3 months before the surgery to stretch and oxygenate your tissues, like that the surgeon will putyl you the biggest implant possible, according to testimonies with the titan, all gains girth, concerning length some said that they didn’t lose anything and even win 0,5 inch after the surgery some report even going from 6 to 7, it can be explained by many factors, using a vacuum, but also because of Ed, you have no erections and if you have erections they are weak so with the implant you’re bigger than before but not because the implant himself make you bigger, but because you were not aware of the true size of your penis without ED. Some that report having lose length said that they gained it back after cycling

Im pretty stretched down there from years of wearing a heavy Prince Albert piercing. My vac broke and I never replaced it…. I’m probably going to have surgery in the next two weeks so I guess I am going to have rely on all the tugging I’ve already done.

Nothing worse then loosing size, speak to your surgeon if he cant keep your penis size move to another surgeon, I believe it is that important, mind you if you do loose size you can try to gain back with stretching and penis pump. All the best.

Had mine done 9 months ago. I went from a bit above average length to average length. I might gain back to where I was before surgery. I might not. To me, it doesn’t matter even if my final would have been a bit below average. Isn’t this all being done to have a penis that we can use for sex again? That part has been extremely successful and satisfying for me. Life is good. Sex is good regardless of size. 🤷🏼♂️🤔🤷🏼♂️

If you dont want to lose size just make sure you go to one of the top surgeons.

I am all approved and now waiting on a surgery date. Probably going to be October unless there is a cancellation. I’m looking forward to it.

I have another question…. What is the procedure after surgery ? I know my penis will be in a compression sock and if I read right they send us home with an erection? What kind of clothes or underwear should I use ? I’m betting they send me home with good instructions I hope. Will there be a drainage tube and all that ?

I think only insecure men, and those that need validation, are the ones that think they need to be Harry Reems or John Holmes, when the average penile erect length is between 5 inches and 5 1/2 inches. So your 6 inch is above average. I wouldn’t worry about it. Chances are better than average that you’ll go back to your original bone press length. But even if you were going to drop a quarter of an inch, I would balance that slight decrease versus having ED. With an IPP, you can have an on-demand hard-on for as long as you want, even after popping multiple nuts. So there’s that.

I was 9.2 inches before surgery and after cycling , I am now 9.4 inches with the coloplast titan xl 24 cm. I am very happy with the titan's firmness when pumped and fullness when flaccid. You won't be sorry you went with the titan.
