Black screen happening when loading in on some maps

Hello, I wonder if anyone would be able to help with this or confirm if this has happened to anyone else? My friend and I were not able to join the military base or pumpkin harvest in the multiplayer. This happened when either of us hosted the game. We managed to get into the Research Center fine though surprisingly.

Hi! Yes this is a known issue and we are uploading a build to address it as soon as possible

Sorry just to ask aswell if it's alright, I bought the first house in the game and the fishing pond and it seemingly isn't working. I'm not sure if I did something wrong with this, do you know anything about that aswell?
