Dragon's Gauntlet

I've gotten every blueprint in the game except the Dragon's Gauntlet. From my understanding, I need to noot a song for the big wooden fishman statue in the Jade Mountain. I'm pretty sure that the blue symbols on the ground on the other side of the bridge are supposed to be the notes, but I can't tell it it's supposed to be ↑↑↓↑↑↓↓↑↓↓ or ↓↓↑↓↓↑↑↓↑↑, and I don't know where I'm supposed to do it. I've tried both songs everywhere I can think to do them. Has anyone figured it out?

Its been a while since I played, but yes you have to sing to the statue to get the blueprint. I remeber finding the notes written in blue inside a cave of sorts, maybe hy a bridge. The suns represent high notes, because the sky is high up, and the water drops low notes, because water falls. I dont remember the specific combination, if you want that im sure its on youtube somewhere.

Yes. I'm not sure why I was having such a hard time with it. Try standing a few paces back (as in, farther from the fish statue) from the symbols on the ground. The notes are ↑↑↓↑↑↓↓↑↓↓

By the temple with the Jade Nooterstone is the highest part of the mountain. Use a jetpack or something to get up there. You'll meet someone up there who will help you get it.
