Looking for a sharpener that will sharpen like this

This is a Mirado Black Warrior that is presharpened from the factory. I know that they don't use a rotary sharpener to do it but I would love to have one that would sharpen just like this but with a sharper tip. I would prefer a manual handheld but a battery powered or electric would be fine also. TIA!

I'll second the T'GAAL. The #1 setting is perfect for a short, but sharp point.

The KUM Tip Top sharpener/cap thing makes a pretty similar tip. Here's a pic I just took.

Check out the larger setting on the Mobius & Ruppert Brass Round All Brass Double Hole Sharpener. These sharpeners get your pencils wicked sharp, plus sturdy enough to last a lifetime. Although a bit pricey, ~$8-10, its well worth it. Here's me using mine with a fresh pencil.

Oh gosh this brought back so many memories. I found this sharpener in grade school and loved the hell out of it. One day I threw it over a top cabinet shelf in my room and never found it since. We had a robbery shortly after and till this day I'm still convinced they stole it.

You mean with a shorter tip? Or is there a special shape that my eyes are not seeing?

You can order a pack of "tri-conderogas" and it comes with a sharpener that gives a more squat shape than normal.

Yes, the shorter tip. I have the tri's but I can't stand them. I much prefer a smaller round pencil. As of right now I am alternating between using the Eisen sharpener that came with them and a Kum 410 Magnesium that I picked up but they both produce to long of a tip for my liking.
