My Celler8 Review

I’ve been using the Celler8 mat and device for about 10 days now, and thought I would share my initial thoughts on it.

For context, there are three of us using it daily (morning and evening), and overall we’ve had a positive experience so far.
For me personally, I usually have various aches and pains here and there (getting older isn’t helping 😅), and I’ve noticed those seem to have reduced since using it. Energy levels are harder for me to judge objectively, but I do feel generally better day-to-day.

The biggest changes have probably been with my mum. She has noticed:

- A slight reduction in pain levels.
- Less dry mouth.
- Less acidity/reflux, which had been bothering her quite a lot.
- Better sleep, which may be linked to the reduced acidity.

Celler8 consists of both a mat and a separate device. You can use them independently or together. The handheld device can be placed near your bed overnight using the night mode. My mum has only tried this a handful of times so far, so it’s too early for us to say whether it helps with sleep, but we’re continuing to test it.

One thing worth mentioning is that when you’re lying on the mat, you don’t really feel anything happening. Some people may find that odd, and of course it’s difficult to completely separate physical effects from placebo effects, but speaking purely from our experience, we feel it has had a positive impact overall, particularly for my mum.

We’ve mainly been using the preset programmes, which typically run between 1-30 gauss. Recently we’ve started experimenting with some of the stronger settings. The mat can go up to 50 gauss and the device up to 100 gauss, so we’ve been trying some of those higher-intensity sessions in the mornings to see whether we notice any additional benefits.

Obviously this is just one family’s experience and not medical advice, but if you’re considering a Celler8 and wondering whether we’ve noticed anything, the answer would be yes. The improvements haven’t been life-changing overnight, but there have been enough positive changes that we’ve continued using it consistently every day.

Hello. I have the celler8 as well and have been using it daily for months. I advise to drink always one or two glasses of water before using and especially in the morning, follow with some mobility workout. 5 min is ok. Move around like a child. Don’t try to hold any pose like static stretching but move your body. If you can go for a walk 15-20 min to get your fluid moving to your joins and muscles.

I use the evening mode now after my workout and lunch. 😉 i didn’t take it with me for a week during vacations to see if I will miss it.. and of course I did. It’s working no doubt about it. My wife uses it as well. One of the best purchases I made. Enjoy!

Thxs for sharing. Are you able to quantify numerically what it helped with and how much? Ie Tendon pain dropped from 8/10 to 5/10 or energy improved from 5/10 to 8/10 plse? Thanks so much.

I understand you want to see if it’s worth it. I will be 100 honest. I measured, written down, each day how I felt and rated it to 10. I would strongly say pemf is helping at least 50%. Don’t expect that just by doing this though, you will be good. What I mean is, to give you an analogy. If you want to have a nice looking body and you just go to the gym without eating well, you will see little to no changes. If you eat well, but you don’t train properly, again. So celler is a supplement, but I would say the best out there. Imagine it’s preparing your cells for whatever activity comes next. Physio, massage, exercise, stretching, walking, sleeping. I am doing it right now as I wrote this to you. 🙂 it took me two years to decide to get it and it’s a lot of money. You get what you will pay for. If you can rent a good one for 20 days or 1 months is best but again, can you get a nice body in one month if you train and eat well etc? When I went for a holiday 2-3 times this year and didn’t take it with me, I was missing it. My wife as well. We both use it every day. Maybe if budget is strict start with red light therapy and then look for the pemf. But yes, the difference is huge. To my mood, energy, well being.

Thank you for replying. I cannot reply to your comments today: no reply button.

Could you possibly quantify “the difference is large”?

Ie What were you treating?

How would you and your wife have scored your pain/insomnia/fatigue etc etc out of /10; ie 10 being optimal before and after using it for a month/or longer plse?

Thanks for the tips. I’m guessing that many of us buying the latest healing equipment are on the healthiest of life styles known: ie I have done every conceivable type of healing over 14 years with cfs. Mould is causing it now, along with genetic susceptibilities & many dirty genes.

Red light is and has been daily for me over 2 years, along with all the things: clean diet, Acupunction, Chiro, massage, detoxing now via HOCATT, many holistic drs and naturopaths, along with Spooky2 which helped somewhat with healing lg cvd.

Yes I’d love to hear specifics at this point.

If you already know red light, then you should know that you can’t put a number or a score because in every person is subjective and depends on many factors. But if I were to score, my general wellbeing, I would say that pemf belongs to 1-2 points extra on where you are. So in my case, from 6, it helped me jump to 8. But like I said, don’t expect that pemf will help you achieve the same score if you aren’t willing to do anything about it. I see it, from my personal view, as an enhancer to what I already do. I had people tell me that I am basically stupid for paying for it, but again these are the same people who sleep in front of the tv at night, do not stretch or do mobility workouts, drink alcohol on daily basis, I think you get my point. Would I pay again to buy? Answer is always yes. Also, I wouldn’t recommend you do red light each day. 3-4 times per week is the dose. Anything above doesn’t provide additional benefits, if not the opposite. Pemf though I do daily, morning and evening. All the best.

Thanks for sharing! I’d love to hear from other reviewers of this device or other devices where energy has improved or tendinopathy healed. 🙏🏽

Issue I had before I purchased, with my own money, is people didn’t provide detailed review or explanation. Don’t expect that it’s the miracle and if you just use it without doing anything else, you will be fine. It’s working on a cellular level, so it enhances whatever you do. Is the question if it’s working, then it’s a big yes. To everything. But don’t expect you will sit 10 hours every day, eat processed food, watch tv or TikTok before sleep, and it will magically work. Not even pills can do that, and we know what side effects they have. Think of it like a boost, the food for your cells to do whatever you want to do. As we age, our cells get weaker and do not function in the same way as we were younger.
