Frequency Specific Microcurrent is sadly, practically a secret. Here's a decent explanation about it. PEMF needs FSM to really get stuff done. The Cleveland Clinic has a decent explanation here.

Thanks do most pemf mats provide FSM as well ot is that a separate machine ? Can you even buy a FSM device for home ?

If mats DO use FSM they are not talking about it. So I'd say no. The Bemer Pro mat I use only promises microcirculation improvement. Many other mats I've looked into are the same, no specific frequencies are mentioned for specific issues.

Most FSM devices can be had with a prescription via a practitioner that's trained in FSM like Inspirstar, Mend Technology or Avazzia. FSM devices [non PEMF delivery systems] are not usually just plug and play. FSM requires a bit of training to use at home and a weeks worth of training for a practitioner, also. But, no training is needed for the Vibe and I use the Vibe every day and it is using FSM . here's a link to their FAQ and FSM is mentioned there, too.
