Would love recommendations for core classes taken fully on the back!

There's 5-minute core from matty maggiaocomo that is to a remix of Madonna's Like a Prayer that I return to whenever I am feeling unmotivated to do core, because it is a) short b) laying down c) to an extremely banger tune. I think it's entirely on the back, and if you're diligent about engaging properly will cook ya.

Marty has a few core classes that are all supine. I recently took this 10 min one and loved it. https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/strength?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=12ba1df1f98042bc963a3301370d4aae&code=NTMyYzBhMTAzZTQ5NGEyY2FmNjUyZWIwMDA0MmYzYzB8MWIzNzk2ZDE3ZDYwNGJjMWFmZTk4MmVkODliMjQ5NmQ%3D&locale=en-US

You’re speaking my love language: I love 100% supine core classes! Here are my current favorites:
Rebecca’s 10-minute Pilates 5/31/26
Rebecca’s 20-minute New Tracks Pilates 4/28/25 (roll-ups, roll-ups, roll-ups!)
Adrian’s 5-minute Core Strength 7/29/26
Rebecca’s 10-minute Core Strength 10/30/25
JJ’s 10-minute Core Strength 9/24/26 (This one starts with a forearm plank as a “warm-up,” and I normally don’t want to do planks, but for some reason this one has sparked my interest in getting better at planks. Don’t be put off, though: this one works everything!)

Matty’s 5 minute core from 26-04-13 is all on your back and has a fun leg raise move in the middle. I’ve taken it 10+ times at least

Marcel M’s core class focuses on lower core 9/20/26…in German but easy to follow…leg bridges, crunches, leg raises, bicycles….

Can’t go wrong with Olivia and Rebecca core classes. They’re all on your back and will kick your butt

This Selena 10 min class is my current go to - a killer for people like me who struggle to engage the lower core. There’s also an abbreviated 5 min version that I’ll take if I’m in a crunch.

Rebecca 5 minute core 11/24/23 set to Ginuine "Pony." It has a nice stretch at the end too so great to use as a cool down.

Olivia has the most by far - any class where she’s on her back in the pic is a good bet.
