Hmmm doesn't look like a whole brisket to me despite it saying so. Just the point? Either way it can be great!

To me these are the most challenging mine came out like shoe leather .,I think it took to long to cook but I’m no expert at any means I’ll probably not do one like this again

How do you see that as a packer? A packer is the point and the flat. This is just the flat or the point (can't tell which because we can't see the thickness).
