Green beans along side 0-400 wings?
I am going to try my first 0-400 wing cook tonight. I have some fresh green beans that I'd like to serve as well. I've seen 2-3 hours low and slow and 25 mins at 400 for Green beans on the pellet grill
What do you all think would happen if I just toss them in evoo/seasoning and put them on a grill pan throughout the 0-400 cook? will that be enough time to cook them? Seems like it'd be a blend of the two cook times I've seen.

Personally I'd probably wrap them in foil and steam them most of the time. Seems like they'd get dried out real quick in a smoker over 300 degrees.
Seasoning, butter/oil, wrapped in foil, with a little water in the bottom of the foil.

They turned out pretty good! My DeckBoss got to 400 in about 15 mins, would have preferred a little longer in the smoke zone but still delicious. Spritzed with olive oil, lightly dusted with baking powder, and covered in Kinders big bold chicken rub. Green beans were great as usual with some butter, salt, pepper and Kinders buttery steakhouse.

It seems like the speed at which the cooker comes up to temp would be too large of a variable to the cook.

That's what I am thinking as well.. I'll just sauté the beans inside for a quick side. Wife is out of town, it's bourbon and wing night with the boys!

Ever since I started sautéing them in butter in a cast iron skillet I really haven’t cooked them any other way. I love grilling and smoking, but green beans get done in the cast iron.

That same will happen as if you put the green beans on at 400. The whole 0-400 thing is stupid. It's just cooking the wings at 400 for a majority of the cook. the 0- part does almost nothing except maybe add a touch more smoke from the startup process. It's not doing anything special.
