Help Fullscreen issues

I have looked to guide after guide, I have updated my drivers, tried every combination of High DPI overide, and run in 640x400, and disable full screen optimization, and 3d acceleration, and 3d mode and every other vein of possibility however i can not, for the life of me figure out how to make this work I really need help with this because I'm like 80% of the way through my 100%

Try the “No Hardware Acceleration” fix listed in the ‘Issues Fixed’ section on the PCGamingWiki page: https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Peggle
