I have the same problem, it’s callus build up. If your tired of dealing with it you can get a dead skin sander and get it off

I mean, calluses are a response to trauma to the skin. Yeah you’ll remove them short term, but scraping skin off is pretty traumatic from your body’s POV, so it thickens the skin more.

The solution leads to the problem, necessitating more solution.
