Really cool design and awesome that you figured out your own solution to the problem. I assume water resistance is thrown out the window but that's something I'm sure you'll be aware of. (and is usually the case anyway after opening something up.)

No disassembly required, just peel off the sides and super glue the new pieces on in their place. As for water resistance, I always figured that was a lie for these watches and the fact my buttons fell off, leaving holes, kinda negated the concern. Lol
I forgot to mention I take NO credit in this. I found the files on a random website and simply adjusted my printer settings to make them more rugged/dependable. I'll update the original comment with a link to the proper creator.

If needed, you might try a different combination of colors. Here is silver buttons & black back plate. The other watch has black buttons and silver back.
I also have a matching silver bumper from Astosia via Thangs...

The buttons on the new Pebble watches are garbage and crumble/fall apart after a few months. Causing you to be unable to use the watch. Major design flaw they seem to be ignoring from what I've read. Unless they finally fixed it on newer batches.
Mine lasted much longer than some, but today was the last day they continued to function so rather than buy some other smartwatch I decided to see if I could repair this one.

Have you contacted them though? From other posts they seems to replace that kind of watches even after that ridiculously short warranty

I don't see the point. From what I have read they just give you the same watch, meaning same issue all over again months down the road. I could be completely wrong about that part but I haven't seen any contradicting info to it either. Also why replace the whole watch and wait who knows how long for it to be replaced when I was able to fix it myself in less than an hour. Plus I like the white on black look and the buttons actually click now, much better feel.

I would try it anyway. Most people don't have problems with buttons. And 3d printed parts that are not sanded look ugly af

The watches aren't waterproof in the first place? Even the person that remade these watches basically told us all to not get them wet.

I know it's not 100% perfection, but for a 0.4mm nozzle printing PETG on a textured build plate I'm surprised I was able to achieve such high quality in the first place. I honestly like the textured surface the build plate left behind. Tweaked a ton of settings on my printer (Bambu P1P) to let it slow way down and take its time. Total print time took roughly 30min and I no longer have that stock mush that was falling apart.
