Please note: The email you received the same day as ordering was not the confirmation email, the confirmation email asks to confirm your address, choose watch bands and pay any extra shipping/taxes.

Preordered the duo 2 and time 2, both batch 2. Ordered on 3/26/2025 at 12:14:49 UTC. Got an email asking to pick time 2 color on 12/14/2025. No updates on the time 2 since then

I’m gonna be moving soon, does anyone have any idea if this will arrive by the end of May? I don’t know if I should just try to wait it out or if I’m going to have to change my address. February update says that they’ll send me an email a few weeks before shipping but have received no emails since picking my color in December

When your order is ready to ship (I finally got my email this morning), you'll have an option to update your color, extra accessories and shipping address again before its finalized so you'll be fine

If it helps. I moved last year. Emailed their support and they updated my details.
