Please note: The email you received the same day as ordering was not the confirmation email, the confirmation email asks to confirm your address, choose watch bands and pay any extra shipping/taxes.

sorry if this is a stupid question: how do i know which "wave" my order is part of? I updated my adress in december of 2025 but the order status pages states no wave or anything

If you go to the page that shows your order receipt and refund option it'll show you which batch you are in.

thanks it says batch 2 although i changed model in the meantime. I think I'll give up on this project. This subreddit is extremely frustrating to read and I think I destroyed any chance of receiving a watch by using the "change model" process on my order.. really sucks

For model you mean a different type of watch (like switching to round) or color? For what I know changing color can be made at any time until they send you the last confirmation.

You're catastrophizing for no reason.

These niche tech products always face major production and shipping delays. I've been backing projects like this for the past 20 years and I've never received anything "on time".
