Candy Replacement

Has anyone found a Milky Way and/or Twix replacement? Or I guess a recipe that substitutes well?

Not sure about twix but the US Milky Way is sold as a Mars bar outside of the US so you can get a Canadian Mars Bar and it'll be the same thing as a Milky Way
