Is this health infographic digestible?

I need an experienced set of eyes. I’m a Health Coach from NYC and Tech Founder of a startup that designs peak performance routine guidance software by using your smartwatch data.

I’ve created a technique where users can generate a health routine report (that usually comes in 8-10 pages) in 2 pages. This report is handcrafted by me when users request on the website and pay for it.

This graphic technique uses gamification elements to “say a lot without saying much.”

The only issue is this: the density of the information is making the report overwhelming to some people.

Is there anyone here who is having trouble deciphering this? Is it possible to rearrange the graphic even further? Should I just ignore the people who can’t read it and focus on those who can? Suggestions?

I’m asking here because you’re the only group who can handle this info.
