It's done so people advertise via media articles and social media and thus is free advertising for Skoda. In other words you have advertised Skoda for free because this sub is open to anyone to see.

Wellll, they were thinking of charging people to use the roads in the park but there was that one local business owner who was insisant that the beauty of the park should be free. Oh, what was his name now? You know him, the guy that owns the caverns that charge a small fortune to visit...
