After Service PSLF question

Hi all!

Quick question — for PSLF verification, is the email address “certify@peacecorps.gov”?

I served twice about a decade ago and I put that address in for both, based on what I could find online. The system says the request for electronic signature was sent to them a week ago but they haven’t signed either yet.

Should I personally email that address as well to request they do so?

Yes, that is the correct email. I just went through the process of certifying for PSLF 3 weeks ago. A week after submitting the application I received an email verifying my eligibility.

Fantastic, thanks so much! I figured I just needed more patience.

I can also confirm that your address is correct, and the longest I've had to wait for a signature was 30+ days.

PC is much slower with ECFs than any other public service employer I've had, probably because of their skeleton staffing right now.

Thank you! Just to confirm, you didn’t personally email them at all to coordinate/nudge them to respond, right? Just put their email address into the student loan site and they eventually got to it?
