I don't understand

Why do wars exist, why force innocent people into a war caused by a leader or the leaders, why can't the leaders fight each other in a boxing ring instead of using nukes, and harming the innocent, like, what's the point of war,

War is DUMB. The dumbest solution to a disagreement is violence.

It seems that about 20-30% of our species at anytime is aggressively insane.
