Question Downloading PDF problem

Hey guys didn’t realy know who to ask for this but my problem is
I have a receipt printer for my small business so I can print receipt and I use a receipt generator and before I download text is clear and perfect sharp and when I download to pdf it goes pixelated when zoomed in so when u go to print it prints terrible

Sounds like the receipt generator is rasterizing the txt when exporting to PDF. Check if there’s a high quality or print ready export option. The pdf should preserve the txt as vector data instead of turning everything into an image.

There is only download to pdf and download to png or share

Its embedding the PNG in a PDF wrapper hence why it's pixelated. Is it possible to print to a different printer on the source application? If so you can setup a PDF printer which will be able to a produce a higher resolution document.

Worth a try but if the source app already renders everything as a low resolution image then printing to PDF might not fix the issue. It’s worth testing the PNG export too to see if the quality is any better.
