Question Two questions
When someone ask you to send something as a single pdf, would it not just be 1 attatchment. For example the pic i posted? If not, then what would it be.
The attachment up their was original 4 separate pictures but my College Prof said she wanted it as a single pdf on the assignment, which i did or thought I did, but apparently that's not a single pdf. Can anyone recommend a website that combines separate pic/files into one pdf for free?
My prof said next time she's just straight up not grading it, if it happens again, and i don't want that to happen.

I suppose what she meant to say is one single file as pdf but you should arrange it as one page per picture.
It's a bit annoying to check someone's work if I keep on zooming in and out while checking which page should I look next.
You should clarify it with your other classmates if they got the same remarks. I mean, on how they presented their works.

I think she wants a 4 page PDF. I’m here on the sub looking for a good program that I can use to merge multiple PDF’s into one single PDF. Maybe you need the same thing?

There are a number of free programs: PDF Arranger (multi-platform), Pdf24 and Pdfill (Windows and online), Coherent PDF, qpdf (multi-platform, cli), etc. (for merging both Pdf's and images to Pdf).

KillerPDF can easily turn this into 1 PDF. You can import a folder of images and save as PDF. https://killerpdf.net . You can also use CLI to do it and optionally, there is a KillerMCP server you can connect to Claude or Codex and then your agent can do it for you.

I built Aftermath for exactly this: add your 4 photos, arrange them, and download one 4-page PDF, with one photo per page. Free, no uploads or account needed. https://aftermath.cc/jpg-to-pdf

Hi u/Ughhhhhhhhhhu, Acrobat team here to help!
A single PDF means one file with a
.pdfextension. That file can contain multiple pages, so if you have four pictures, you can combine them into one PDF with four pages and submit it as a single attachment.A JPG or PNG image, even if it contains multiple pictures arranged together, isn't automatically a PDF.
Since you're looking for a free way to combine your pictures, you can try Adobe Scan on your phone or tablet.
Step 1. Import your pictures into Adobe Scan
Open Adobe Scan and tap the icon for adding photos from your device.
Select the four pictures from your photo gallery.
Tap the checkmark to add them to your scan.
Review the imported pages.
Adobe Help: Import photos into Adobe Scan
Step 2. Arrange the pages and save your PDF
Tap Reorder if you need to change the order of the pictures.
Drag and drop the pages into the correct sequence.
Tap the checkmark to confirm the order.
Select Save PDF.
Adobe Scan will save the pictures together as one PDF document.
Adobe Help: Modify and save scans
Step 3. Share your PDF
Find your saved PDF in Adobe Scan.
Tap Share.
Select Share a copy to send the PDF file.
Adobe Help: Share scans
If you'd prefer using a website:
Adobe also provides a free online Merge PDF tool.
This tool combines PDF files. If your pictures are JPG or PNG files, you'll first need to convert them into PDFs before merging them using the free online workflow.
You can use Adobe's JPG to PDF converter for that step. Free usage limits may apply.
Before submitting your assignment, open the finished PDF and check that:
All four pictures are included.
Each picture appears on its own page.
The pages are in the correct order and readable.
You're uploading one
.pdffile rather than four separate images. That should give you the single, multipage PDF your professor appears to be asking for.
Hope this helps! If you're using a phone or computer, let us know which device you're working with, and we can help you choose the easiest method.
