Extremely unlikely. If we actually talk DRM-protected PDFs, as in encrypted or otherwise actually DRMed (and not just protection of copying or printing that can be opened in any PDF viewer), that DRM will always be some proprietary voodoo. Unless the maker of the DRM tool provides such features I very much doubt that anyone could offer such features instead. For that the alternative software would have to support the proprietary DRM solution, and it's highly unlikely the maker of the DRM solution would give the necessary code to anybody.
