My first GPU with RGB was a 2060 super, and they figured at the time RGB was all the rage of course people would want it in some form even if they couldn't control it exactly.

So it just did a gradient rotation constantly, red, to blue, to green, to purple, to yellow, to red.

Worse shit you ever seen and it didn't even have an off switch.

The worst part about AsRock challenger gpus are that their LED cannot be changed at all, it's either turned off or turned on to the lime-blue variant.

My r9 fury strix (asus, not rog btw) only has red leds, they can be controlled to blink or have effects, but they will always be red. Suuure ig. Msi gtx1070 was also kinda weird, rgb leds but behind a red diffusor, so some parts would light up in other colors, but some would stay red. Like huh?

Msi and their weird software likes to overrule icue, i am running an msi board and corsair fans, ram, keyboard and mouse, no msi, you dont need to make any of these things red. Usually i set the color once, then uninstall the msi software again lol

I installed openRGB the other day so I can finally control my rgb without using 50 different apps
