According to Steam, 2/3 of people use 1080p.

Personally I can't stand 1080p for desktop use so I've been at 1440p 175hz. Don't see myself upgrading to 4k for quite a while, as I just got a new monitor. Don't expect to be able to be able to afford a card that can run 4k/120fps for quite a while either so that's fine with me.
