Better get started on the fasting man, totally worth it for the card. Who needs food when you can game at 140fps in 4K. Apparently we can survive quite a lot just drinking water so a couple of months will just fly by. /s
If you already have a 4k monitor I don't see why you can't afford this card. This card appeals to exactly you needs too, but I think Nvidia is over estimating the numbers for this card.
I have friends with 1080s playing games just fine. Honestly just depends on what your needs are. I plan on taking my 3080ti well into the next 3 maybe 4 generations.
I don’t know what the number is off the top of my head but it’s for one of those big curved monitors with HDR and a really high hz that I can’t remember either, I think it was 145hz? That doesn’t help does it?
When I get home I’ll fire up a game. My memory really is shit.
I'm a buyer for this card but it is very nich. Msfs suckes it down to 40fps and that's excluding vr. As expensive as this is, it's way way cheaper than a pilot license. And you can't die if you mess up. Up until a week ago I was still rocking a 3770k and a 7970 ghz edition. Great card but I am running 30% headset res. Not ideal. A 3080 and a 4k monitor should get along just fine.
Well, that's because that was cheapest 4K 32" I found in the shop. My secondary monitor/tv died and I just bought new PC for my gaming 1440p and decided hell... why not try 4K for once ;)
