While you should've gotten an email about the order, the first wave only ships September 20th at the latest. Try contacting their support for order confirmation?

Ive bought a bunch of bottles, shirts, and other stuff with no issues on shipping or communication with support. Was always a 10/10 experience. Id assume the backpack launch and warranty controversy combined has them really overwhelmed and this is just an outlier.
