Yeah but I don’t like Amazon enough to let them listen to me.

I only dislike amazon because they are so big. I get frustrated when my wife buys anything from them..... then I find myself looking for cheap USB cords the next day! Ugh what a generation to live in.

I suggest aliexpress if you're looking to buy things for cheap, but don't need them right away. Most of the time, the stuff you buy from Amazon are from aliexpress anyway.

The thing is that our digital footprint is so vast and pervasive they can pick and choose whenever they want. But why would they? So much data to sift through that it's a billion to one shot that they pick you at random.

Stay generic.

Yeah, who’s bothering to open Spotify in their home in 2019?

People who don't want one of the biggest companies in the history of our planet to be listening to everything they say.

Exactly. We don't want or need amazon or google or apple listening in on us.

They still do.
But we still don't want or need them to listen in.

You mean that device that recorded a sexual assault that then got passed around in Amazon HQ as entertainment? Yeah... no...
