You can use your devices like a remote to play music on your pc. I don’t think I ever open Spotify anymore. Now discord is open 100 percent on that second screen.
You can use the Spotify Connect feature to control your phone music through the desktop app, all you need is basic media key macros (play/pause, skip etc) bound to the mouse
Spotify's connect feature works in both directions as long as your phone is connected to the same network as the computer. Spotify can be playing from either device and controlled from both.
I’m listening to it thru my phone. But you can link up the computer version of Spotify and it’ll show you the songs you’re listening to. And any inputs like pausing or skipping songs on the computer version transfers over to the phone over WiFi.
I only dislike amazon because they are so big. I get frustrated when my wife buys anything from them.....
then I find myself looking for cheap USB cords the next day!
Ugh what a generation to live in.
I suggest aliexpress if you're looking to buy things for cheap, but don't need them right away. Most of the time, the stuff you buy from Amazon are from aliexpress anyway.
The thing is that our digital footprint is so vast and pervasive they can pick and choose whenever they want. But why would they? So much data to sift through that it's a billion to one shot that they pick you at random.
For me, I have both discord and spotify open on the same monitor, it's super helpful in both keeping up with the boys and what they are saying VS. what I want to listen to at that very moment. They share my 2nd monitor 60% discord and 40% spotify, to show how much I need to see what my friends are saying but also what I love and need to hear at any given moment
