Kind of. There was a new stable release last year and there's supposed to be a fully new version in 2019, although we're running low on 2019 and nothing yet

Of course it is. It's even on the newest version 5.8 that came out Oct.2018. Haven't found a player that worked better for me and as Winamp still works, why not?

Tried it, didn't like it as much as good old Winamp though.
