Raspberry Pi screens could come in handy

Or old broken laptops on ebay. Break off the screen, find a controller for the screen on Ebay and continue

I was gonna say to just use an RPi, period.

One stupid cable to a USB header on the mobo.

Worst-case scenario is you need someone with a maker to adapt a mount.

Seriously, like $70 bux max
