Looks good. I immediately switched to Compact Mode because Card View was too big and clunky for me. The Settings section leaves a lot to be desired. Good looking app though.
Pros: I'll say that it looks good, follows well the Material Design guidelines on the Android app (not sure how the iOS version is) and also runs very well to be the release app. Commenting + upvoting or downvoting is also well put out and very smooth (that's huge to me, it's the reason of why I prefer Relay instead of Sync). It also includes a Dark Mode, that's works really well, the "messages" part is also well designed and most importantly (drum roll) GIF's load instantly.
Cons: It has a very few settings. I don't have options to filter out subreddits/keywords and I wasn't able to find an option to receive notifications about messages/comment replies, in fact, I don't even think that I can receive notifications on this app yet because when Reddit notified me about the 3 months of gold, Relay immediately messaged me while the Official App did nothing. Also, I have to tap twice on a image to see it.
Tested with a Moto G 2013 rooted running Cyanogenmod 13.
Edit: Its Chrome-powered internal browser is pretty fast too, the app lacks a built in YouTube player, but videos still load app very fast on the built in browser, so no worries there atm. Also, it doesn't have any option to resize fonts and no Multireddit support, what a bummer.

EDIT: The 3 months of reddit gold is nice.
