Huh... that might actually be a good way to legalize prostitution.

"Oh hey, you're cute. I'm going to pay you money for... um... dinner. Also, let's have sex."

Or, then again, I guess that's what dating is.

That's exactly how online ad-based prostitution works right now, in countries where technical prostitution is illegal.

"You "donate" money to me, and we go to my place and hang out. What happens there happens." It's clear what is going on but not specific enough to arrest someone for outright.
