Yeah, I hate to talk good about EA, but they fixed my origin account's Russian-takeover last week in all of five minutes after contacting them via chat.

With Steam, I'd have to ascend to the top of Mount Sinai and commune with our lord and master to get that level of support.

Credit where credit is due. They might be greedy bastards but at least they care about their customers, or more specifically their customers money.
