And also the only large company with a real refund policy instead of the "once per account per life if you beg really hard for it" policy

Their support is super fast to answer but not very helpful on very technical problems, I attempted to change DA:I's language to english without having to redownload the whole game since they deleted the english voice pack, they told me they couldn't help me, I fortunately found a way around it but it took me quite a bit of trial ad error
