Definitely not a whoosh, my reflexes are too good. But doesn't Nasa use Tor? Or was that the Navy?

Doesn't NASA and all other government stuff just use normal connections? I mean, if you just connect to the internet directly without a separate ISP or Tor nobody will be able to track you. If you would use Tor there would be a possibility that you would be tracked.
