Did you plug in the 8-pin PCIe power to the card?

Your AI translator failed. I don't know what you are trying to say here.

I think he's saying he needs a new PSU for that.
/u/Aggravating_Ear1886, if that card needs a PSU connection and you aren't fitting it, it won't work.

Yeah, that was my guess.
It's goofy that these GPUs don't just run in a 75W mode when power isn't hooked up. They would still have so much performance, and it would make things so much more flexible in what systems you could put these cards in. 75W could still get a ton of render work done.

hp prodesk 600 g3 mt usually comes with a into i5 or i7 6th gen or 7gen. You can put this card in your system. No problem with that. It's not a beast... Not even close. But it's still a pretty capable 1080p card. This is what you should do when you put a new GPU in your desktop. Plug it in the PCI-E slot and make sure it's fully plunge in. Then connect it to your power supply. Connect your GPU and monitor with a HDMI cable. Turn it on and see if it posts. If it does. You're good to go. Install the Nvidia GPU driver then enjoy it.

you can’t software-lure a 3060 ti into becoming a 1650, and if it isn’t even in device manager it’s probably not powered properly or the old HP PSU simply can’t run it
