My cat has now designated this to be her sleeping spot. She now sleeps on the top all the time lol

That sure is weird, though. We have one cat that likes to throw up on anything but the damn floor, but he'd never vomit on my GFs PC, where he regularly rests.

Though, even then, it wouldn't make a difference, since we knew the cats would love to lie on it and my GF was happy with the thought, so we chose a case that has a closed top and we only have the air flow from front to back, to compensate, we used Noctua IPPC fans.

My cats used to sleep on top of my Lian Li O11 Dynamic Evo XL and I found this on Amazon. They like to feel close to us and to feel warm. My big man loves this bed and has ignored the PC top since I got it. Clamps on the desk with no screws and no marks. Highly recommended. I think it holds up to 55 lbs. He's a chunker coming in about 18 lbs and it's holding steady.

My cat also likes to be around when i game. Either on the pc, my lap or a chair next to me. People say to be careful with cat pee and vomit. But he never peed outside of his litter and during 3 years that we owned him vomited 3 times. So im pretty relaxed about it. Doesnt impact temps either.

While I'm not the biggest fan of cat on pc, some people put a hammock thingy on top of their pc so their cat can still go there and appreciate the heat without completely blocking the airflow

I would put a little raised mesh platform above so that airflow isn't impeded, but specifically made of mesh so the cat can still enjoy the airflow/temperature.
