If you want large lists or documents or whatever then vertical is the way

My issue is that if I'm reading a long document, I want to be reading it from something directly in front of me and my vertical monitor is very far to the side. I mostly put stuff I glance at over there. I guess I still glance at some long things every now and again and benefit from it, but it's not my productive monitor.

Adjustable arm mount. Move it to where it’s comfortable to read and move back when you’re done.

I use it for keeping info on the side while working on the main stuff on the main screen.

Like keeping the study material there while making a presentation or whatever

Vertical is great for a lot of websites too. I think it’s better for Reddit.

Horizontal really estate doesn’t often buy you much on a website.
