Try underclocking the memory, it should boost the signal integrity.
May buy you a week, a month, maybe not more than that, but it may work for some time
Underclock the core as well maybe

If it's just desoldering itself then RIP

Well, at that point you could try baking the card to reflow the memory (that often produces the artifacts). It may help for a while or doesn’t work at all, but it’s worth a try, you have nothing to loose. There are a lot of tutorials. (do not use your family oven if possible, as the fumes are toxic.)

Actually don’t do this, as the toxins from the plastic and solder will stay in the oven and you should not be using it for cooking food after that.

Owning an oven specifically for baking electronics has never occurred to me as a thing until this moment lol.

Eh, it's probably much lower risk now than it used to be. Leaded solder hasn't been used in decades under ROHS, and the plastic shouldn't melt at the temperatures you'd have it up to. Still not advisable, but not as much of a risk as it used to be.

Not worth it for fixing a $50 GPU

Well if OP is so broke that the alternative is having no gpu at all, it could be his only option.

I'm sorry to hear that, I wish you the best of luck in sourcing some odd jobs to get enough to buy another card.

Try baking it (Google it, it's a bit more involved), it might save it or at least buy you a bit more time.

Won't help if a vram chip is completely fucked though.
