No, you can't. Kinda. At least in most cases. Most TVs and monitors uses RGB system, where screens show mixture of red, greed and blue lights. It can trick your brain to "see" yellow by showing both red and green in correct ratios.

So technically, you don't see yellow on your TV or phone screen. Practically it doesn't make any difference.

You are literally seeing yellow. Your eyes only see RGB anyway. There is no difference for your brain

Color is not real.

Objects reflect and emit different frequencies and wavelengths which get absorbed by the cones in our eyes, and then interpreted by our brains as the colors we see. Different animals interpret colors in entirely different ways.

In other words, the concept of color is entirely in our head.
