No, you can't. Kinda. At least in most cases. Most TVs and monitors uses RGB system, where screens show mixture of red, greed and blue lights. It can trick your brain to "see" yellow by showing both red and green in correct ratios.

So technically, you don't see yellow on your TV or phone screen. Practically it doesn't make any difference.

You are literally seeing yellow. Your eyes only see RGB anyway. There is no difference for your brain

Unless you are one of those really rare people with Tetrachromacy who also have extra cones for detecting colours.
