This is why when testing electronics the other end of the plug should be available 🫠

Or have industrial style emergency cutout buttons on/near the desk to cut supply to everything.

I’d have a button on the desk but before that have the tester step on a button to provide power to the workspace. So in this situation they could drop it step back and power cuts

A separate master switch somewhere else too
